Jorge Drexler

Soft-voiced and Latin-flavored, Uruguayan Jorge Drexler recalls such greats as Caetano Veloso & Jose Gonzalez, whom the later he seems to be channeling on his excellent rendition of Radiohead's "High & Dry". "Disneyland" adds some electronic flair that complements rather than detracts. You may remember Jorge from his oscar-winning contribution to the soundtrack of Motorcycle Diaries, "Al Otro Lado del Rio".

Disneyland is a rerecording of a music of a Brazilian group called Titãs. It would be interesting if you heard the original song to be able to compare, since you could hear the gorgeous work of Drexler´s Hi and Dry [ for me is better version than the original Radiohead]. With Disneylândia happens the same: Drexler´s version is much, much better!
If you want to listen to it, just say me and I´ll send you the original Disneylândia.
